EDIT: Okay, I'll cut it out for you. The moral of the comic is "The guy in the green shirt is an idiot. Men are not all rapists, and it's men who claim they have no control over their sex drive 'because they're men' who is giving other men a bad reputation, because by saying that they're saying all men are like them"

This idea that men are all rapists has become more and more widespread (well, it has always been around, but now we notice), and unfortunately a lot of young men aren't helping matters when they use rape as a threat in online gaming and such. They may not mean it, but on top of that a lot of men use "Well, I'm a man, and that's just how we are" as an excuse for cheating, indicating they have no control over their sex drive. And that have had some pretty bad consequences for men (as well as women, but we're talking about men this time).

Because these days people don't just think "Rape = Raping women" but also "Rape = Raping children" so in a lot of kindergartens and other places for children men aren't allowed to be alone with the kids "Because you never know". Even a father has to watch out or people might suspect him of raping his children. And it has gotten so bad that other men think the same, even though they themselves would never dream of raping anyone.

The green shirt guy in the comic is one of them. He has never raped anyone, but he just knows it's going to happen one day because he has a penis.

So I advice people not to blame any actions on their own or other's penis, tempting and easy as it may be. It will not lead to anything good.

EDIT: Pfff! I don't mean men think of themselves as rapists, but of other men as rapists. It's just the green shirt guy who is overdoing it a little.

I think the point the gentleman in the green shirt is making is that men have higher amounts of testosterone then women and children, generally speaking. This testosterone, affect the body and mind by speeding up the metabolism, and increasing protein synthesis, turn what were once reasonable people into sweaty, hairy, smelly meat-headed gorillas. This in turn brigs out a higher sex drive which means that more often then not the women are left to make the sensible decision about mates rather then the males whose first inclination of how to impress women is trying to jump of tall things. This is also one of the reasons why public masturbation is nearly only performed by men as their sex drive overtakes logical thought. But this is a generalization and does not apply to everyone, some of my closer homies are quite embarrassed at the thought of sex.

The funny thing is, MRA guys often think like the guy does in the bottom panel, but don't make the logical connection to the green shirt guy's rants in the preceding panels. They put the onus on women to protect themselves because they have needs that they say modern society dismisses, but then they complain that society is casting them as rapists when really they're doing it to themselves.
