For more of this character [link]

Inspired by a mix of stories different trans-boys have told me.

Nothing is more important than supportive parents. Mind you, it's probably ten times easier for Niels because he never knew Magnus as a girl, so he didn't have to mentally change his idea of Magnus from "My daughter" to "My son".

EDIT: I had hoped I didn't have to explain it, but the point is that Niels screwed up the size, but because he gave Magnus a gift that show he support him, Magnus still prefer it over all the other gifts even though he can't really use it.

Just about how I'd feel if my dad gave me a binder (even if it was too big) :) And it's right as you say in the description, Humon, nothing is more important than supportive parents.
I'm so happy you made a character I can properly relate to, and that you know to refer to him by the proper pronouns! I hope to see so much more of him in the future :) FtM guys for the win!

;n; aww, this is sweet. But yeah I know that feel. Its been a slow transition getting people used to the whole trans idea so I'm overjoyed when gifts reflect and understanding of it rather then pink on pink on pink which is honestly pathetic women have to deal with that but made worse when you're a man getting that stuff repeatedly.

I've been in this same exact situation. Except it wasn't a parent who was supportive, it was my friends.
My parents aren't supportive, my family isn't supportive. But my friends, my chosen family? They support me to a million percent!
I've even got a few friends, who I've made after coming out, who have told me they can't EVER picture me as female. That I've been male for as long as they've known me.
That's family. That's support. That's love.

 That is so adorable! My aunt's partner gets all sorts of girly things on her birthday and she's so butch, you can imagine she hates them.
