The gentleman is Lucious, a character about as old as her.
They are both characters born of music, her by this type [link] and him by this kind [link]

Lucious is such as difficult character to grab for me. He's a warlock, has very sensual movements, to women he sometimes play the role of romantic hero, other times he's more like a "gay best friend", but in reality he's asexual and cares little for the flesh. Nothing is more sensual to him than music, and pretty clothes far more exiting than bare skin. Sometimes he's Angeli's friend, sometimes he works against her, but it is never his intention to hurt her.

Because they mainly exist within music for me, they live in a very nonsensical magical universe where different time periods meet. I'd love to make a proper story with them, but I'm worried it would ruin them.

For Some reason i find myself back at this picture constantly and whenever i see it i feel inspired and drawn to it particularly Angeli. It isn't anything specific about it i just feel the need to look at it even if i'm not aware of it.

This scene exudes a jovial atmosphere. The colours are sparkly and vibrant, standing out well against the background. The fading of the background, gives greater focus to the characters at the front. The bright lighting makes the scene look like a vision from the past or a dream.
