The enopteras are the only race that have big cities, and the one that comes the closest to modern human society. Enopteras can be born into four different groups: Worker, Nurse, Soldier or Royal.

Workers obviously do all the hard work like farming, wood chopping and so on, Nurses take care of the children and the sick, the soldiers’ duties are obvious, and the royals rule the city. The head is the queen who, from the moment she is born, is given a special and costly diet that makes her grow taller than even the soldiers. Enopteras abuse the word “queen” quite a bit .”Mayor” would have been a more fitting title seeing as every single town and city have one.

Enopteras are extremely political. Everything is politics to them. The queen have a harem of princes from other cities, and even though they have no official power, they still compete to be the queen’s favourite so they can have some influence on her decisions. She also have a court of advisors and ministers that can be both men and women. In fact, apart from the fact that only a queen can rule a city and that no such thing as a king exists in their society, the enopteras are one of the most equal races. All men and women are set to do the same work, and they are never treated differently.

Enopteras also hire other races to help them in wars. Their most notable achievement in that field is that they’re the only race that have had any success hiring Yenne women, who tend to not follow orders very well.

I like the entire style of the picture, particularly the simplicity and the flatness of it, but without detracting the - no, actually, adding, in fact, a lot of personality to the picture and making it really pop compared to other pieces on DA.
