The Todd from “Scrubs”, and Jack Harkness from “Torchwood” and “Doctor Who”.

Apparently Todd is the single most shameless bisexual/pansexual in any American show running now, while Jack holds this title for any British show. So here America meets England in the most perverted high-five ever.

I love how even when it comes to pansexual characters, England still manages to be more classy than America. :XD:

I don't have a problem with canon, non-canon, straight, gay or any other of that nonsense. I have a problem with incest but as long as it isn't real life & it is drawn well I will pretend that they're not related for the sake of a job well done. Love wins
