The political climate in Sweden. It sucks at the moment.

Time for an explanation. Sweden recently got a new party voted into parliament, Sverigedemokraterna. They are known as an extremely “immigrant suspicious” party, and having them in the parliament does not suit the Swedes who have always proudly proclaimed themselves to be the least racist Scandinavian country. Especially Denmark has been called the big racists of the North because of their party Dansk Folkeparti.

Sverigedemokraterna are compared to Dansk Folkeparti, and therefore the Swedes goes back and forth between calling Sverigedemokraterna a Danish party, and a Nazi party.

That of course got the attention of the Danes, because they felt they were being called Nazis, so they followed the election closely, and when Sverigedemokraterna got voted in, the “MUWAHAHAHA!!! Who are the nazis now, bitches!!?!” from the Danes could be heard all the way to Greenland.

And it can still be heard whenever some Danish specialist in Swedish politics is on the news and have to explain what is going on. It’s so hilariously obvious that they are enjoying this chaos waaay too much.

I'm so happy that I'm just a teenager, thus I don't have to be interested in our country's political matters. I'm still not too fond of Sverigedemokraterna though.

Best political system: Canada. We still have a queen but weirdly enough, a democratically sense senate. The swedish are too old-fashioned when it comes to electorial matters

Urgh. Sverigedemokraterna is a blight on our country. Though, they've recently made asses of themselves, so the chances of them gaining any more influence should have decreased significantly. Hopefully.

I want socialism, but only to people who are Swedish citizens. These people are not ''invandrare'' they didn't actually wander in here, they took flying metal tubes through the air thousands at kilometers per hour. If people actually took the effort to walk from what ever shit whole they came from to live here I would have no problem making them legit citizens, but you know that's not going to happen.

Any country should not have to change because of the people that come to live in it. People should change according to the countries culture and laws. I personally think that if you don't like the laws or culture of a particular country, then move somewhere else. These changes affect everyone, and alot of the natives who are used to the culture suffer from changing views. A country shouldn't change because of other peoples views and culture.

There is no faith in the humanity...some of them come to sweden cus they just can not live in their own country beacuse of war! They didn't have to leave if there were none. But there are. And I think,as a person with sympathy and feelings,the ones with no home,should stay. Let's make the best of it.

I have absolutely no problem with people staying in a country, but it's the fact that the country has to change so drastically to fit them. I think it would be far more considerate and right if they were to abide to the culture of the country, otherwise that country will lose much of its culture.
Again, I have nothing against immigrants, it simply the changes that I don't like.
